All business owners hit plateaus in growth. It is a natural part of the process. Getting past those plateaus can be a challenge, I would present an interactive discussion and presentation on how to break through the wall that seems to be holding our peers back. The presentation would focus on building a company, goal setting, personal and professional growth and so on. I have worked with many franchise owners to build a successful small business. While this session would be geared primarily toward small businesses looking for growth, many of the principles would relate to a business of any size looking to achieve a renewed growth.
